WE HAVE just seen a second member of our team get accreditation as a relocation expert in a matter of just a few weeks.
Sales Negotiator, Anita Emmott, has been recognised by a national body for her customer service skills in helping people to relocate, taking the total of accredited Relocation Agents at Petty to eleven.
The accreditation was awarded by Relocation Agent Network and is achieved by completing a comprehensive training programme.
Anita has been with us for six years and has personally managed the three relocations that are required to qualify for the ‘Customer Service Accreditation’ from the Relocation Agent Network.
“I’m really pleased to get my accreditation, as we are the area’s only selected Relocation Agent Network Local Experts and it’s an accolade we take very seriously – it demonstrates our credibility and sets us apart,” said Anita.
“I’m passionate about our area so it’s always a pleasure to help people when they move here. I was born and bred in the area and have lived here all my life. We have great communities, fantastic countryside, great regional connectivity and lots of local history.
The Relocation Agent Network is owned by Cartus and they are very particular about agents they choose, describing them as ‘The best of the best’.
