19 year old Izzy Heap based at our Colne branch has just gained a Distinction in level 2 Customer Service NVQ.
Izzy has worked extremely hard over the past year and is the second staff member to gain a distinction at this level in past month, with Zoe Parkinson at Burnley achieving the same grade at the end of November. Izzy’s hard work and determination has paid off and she will now be a permanent staff member working as a trainee sales negotiator from our Colne office.
