Petty’s Expands into Barnoldswick

We are delighted to announce that we have expanded into Barnoldswick with the opening of our fifth office.  As a business, we  already have offices in Burnley, Nelson, Barrowford and Colne and have been keen to move into the area for a while and when the opportunity arose to move into Station Chambers  we snapped up the chance.

The move is a natural business expansion for us across both our residential and lettings businesses.  The new office will operate with Simon Morgan, a Director of Petty’s at the helm, supported by new addition to the team, Jo Applegate.  With many years in the industry Jo joins from Honeywell and with her unsurpassed knowledge and experience in the area, is perfectly placed to ensure the success of the new office.  Jo will also be joined by Angela Chambers who assumes a part time position.

Simon Morgan said: “The addition of a fifth office to the portfolio is the start of what we believe to be further significant growth for the business.  Barnoldswick has been an area on our radar for a while and on the back of the town’s recent high street award win, coupled with the fact many major employers are based here, we are confident that the timing is right.

“Local businesses are trading well and there is a feeling of buoyancy about the town that transcends into a vibrant property market and we are looking forward to facilitating the needs and demands of homeowners, buyers, tenants and Landlords alike in the area.

“Petty’s is proud to be the only chosen expert in the area accredited by the Relocation Agent Network and we are delighted to be bringing our expertise and experience to keep the wheels of the property market well and truly turning in Barnoldswick.”

To celebrate the new opening, we are also offering a series of incentives including free legal fees on the sale of a property and three months free management fees to new landlords.*

The new office at Station Chambers will be open from 9.30am to 6pm and for more information, please call 01282 863536 or email [email protected]
