Once we have a clear understanding of what you’re looking for, we’ll draw up a list of properties that match your criteria and keep you updated with future instructions. We can send you details of these by text message, email or post – whichever works best for you.

Step 4The viewing process
In today’s environment, a good first step is to look at the properties we have selected for you on line. Many of our properties now have ‘virtual viewings’ so you can ‘walk around’ prospective properties from the comfort of your armchair! Once you have worked out your short list, we can arrange for internal viewings in a safe manner.
Step 5You’ve found your dream home!
Great news! Now its time to speak to us and make an offer, we’ll negotiate between both parties and help get the sale agreed!
