New Apprenticeship Arrival Addia

Share

We’re pleased to say we’ve taken on another apprentice in our Lettings Department. 18 year old Addia Stevenson has started as an apprentice administrator. Addia who was previously at Farnworth Rose started on the two year apprenticeship earlier this month.

Addia said “I’m really excited about starting with Petty. I was interested in gaining qualifications and knowledge whilst working rather than going to college. This is a great opportunity for me and everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, I hope I can do them proud”

As the areas only Relocation Agent Network members we have always valued and placed high importance on staff training and on apprenticeships, that’s probably why we’ve been shortlisted in the Apprenticeship category in the Burnley Business Awards! We don’t see them as a cheap form of labour as some companies have done in the past. We help and support all our apprentices as much as we can and insure they are fully immersed in their positions, which allows them to gain the essential knowledge that applies to their roles and gives them a broad understanding of business principles and the principles of customer service that builds a solid foundation on which they can progress their career. We’re sure Addia, with our help and support and that of Training Station our apprenticeship providers, will prove to be as successful as all our other apprentices. Good luck Addia and welcome aboard!
