Should your property be set in large gardens or acres of land we can provide drone footage/photographs to highlight the area as a whole together with a site plan.
Our valuer may recommend your property be sold by public auction, a different modern method of auction. We would set an auction date and undertake a marketing period of approximately 5 weeks quoting a guide price. Once the property is sold on the auction date contracts are exchanged on the same date and completion normally takes place 4 weeks thereafter. This process can work well with properties which need a bit of TLC.
