2009 has seen us be presented with a 2nd “Staff Training & Development Award” at the prestigious Burnley Business & Innovation Awards in June, re-confirming the high value that we place on our staff and their development.
It’s 80 years this year since our business was established and we have developed and grown the business into Burnley and Pendle’s leading estate agency on the back of very strong company values and an ethos of providing our customers with the best possible service.
At Pettys, we continue to take a pride in the appearance of our business: smart frontages and attractively arranged photographs of beautiful homes in our office windows, all guaranteed to attract the attention of the potential home buyer.
But it is the people behind the façade who really make our business what it is; professional, knowledgeable and very focused on giving the best in customer service. All with a nice, friendly approach!,even in tough times as we now find ourselves in.
Perhaps it is more imperative NOW to be dealing with well trained staff and our people are committed to being the best and we support them all the way by providing opportunities and training to make them successful.
We take a great pride and satisfaction in winning the Burnley Business award ,following on from our success last year in the Pendle Business Awards as it demonstrates very clearly to our people that we continue to value their development and contribution to our business. It also sends a strong message to our clients that we are committed to providing the very best service.
We have also received yet again the accolade of The Best of the Best for the Burnley and Pendle region from the Home Sale Network; another recognition that our people are the best in the business, reflecting on both personal and company commitment to providing the ultimate in customer service.
These awards really confirm that we are continuing the original values of the business founders and working to being the best!
